Marketing & Publicity Clause
Included in all Simplilux MSAs§ 12 of the Master Services Agreement"Customer grants Simplilux a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use the Customer's name, logo, site photographs, project specifications, anonymised performance data, and impact metrics (collectively, the Marketing Materials) in case studies, website content, social media posts, investor and partner communications, the Simplilux Annual Impact Report, and other marketing assets. Customer may, on thirty (30) days' notice, request removal of identifying information from any future use. Simplilux will not disclose commercially sensitive pricing or confidential operational data without prior written approval."
Anonymised data is always permitted (e.g. "a Toronto logistics SMB").
Customers featured in published case studies receive credits & badges (see Impact).
Opt-out controls live in Settings → Privacy → Marketing use.
