Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Simplilux to: (a) violate any law, including Canadian environmental regulations; (b) submit fraudulent rebate or grant applications; (c) misrepresent project capacity, emissions, or financials; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data; (e) upload malware or scrape the platform. Violation may result in suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities (CRA, NRCan, provincial regulators).
