Sub-processors

We use a small set of vetted sub-processors. Hosting: Amazon Web Services (ca-central-1 and ca-west-1). Email transactional: Postmark (Canadian processing). Error monitoring: Sentry (self-hosted). Product analytics: PostHog (self-hosted). Payments: Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). For e-signature audit trails, we use self-developed tooling. Customers are notified at least 30 days before adding any sub-processor that processes personal data.
