These Terms govern your use of Simplilux. You agree to use the platform lawfully, not to attempt to reverse-engineer it, and not to use it to compete with us. We provide the platform 'as is' with commercially reasonable uptime targets specified in your Order Form. Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice; you may export your data at any time. Governing law: Ontario, Canada. Limitation of liability: fees paid in the preceding 12 months. You agree to our Acceptable Use Policy.
